Can I trust you with my game credentials?

Yes, and the design forces us to. Credentials are encrypted with RSA-2048 inside your browser before they ever leave it. They only decrypt at launch time to drive the encrypted login pipeline, then they’re discarded from memory. We never log them, never share them, never use them outside of starting a session you asked for.

Do I need a second computer or a PICO?

Nope. You can keep doing whatever you want on the same machine: chat, browse, stream, alt-tab into another game, all while your character keeps going uninterrupted. No PICO, no VM, no spare rig.

Is this safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Violet bypasses every anti-cheat metric the game can throw at us, and we strictly segregate unsafe features from the safe ones. Anything risky stays locked off until you explicitly opt in. The default set is the proven-safe set, so you can run the trainer without ever wandering into ban territory unless you choose to.

Can I run multiple characters at once?

Each license includes one session slot. On Monthly or 3 Months, add up to two more à la carte at $30 / month each, up to 3 concurrent sessions per license. All three can run on the same PC at the same time, each in its own client window, all driven from a single panel. The 2 Weeks plan is single-session only.

Do I need to install anything?

Just our Windows launcher. It handles encrypted login, automatic patching when the game updates (so you don’t have to wait or do it manually), version verification, and process injection in a seven-stage pipeline. Everything after launch (every feature, every setting, every keybind) lives in the web panel.

What about refunds?

All sales final. Every license activates backend infrastructure the moment it’s purchased, so blanket refunds aren’t something we offer. That said, if something genuinely went wrong (wrong plan, broken activation, accidental double-buy), come find us in Discord. We’re not perfect, but we’re not cold about it either.
