Terms of Service

Violet sells time-limited access to the Service. Each license is tied to the Discord account that purchased it and grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for the period you purchased. A license is a right to use the Service — it is not a sale of the software itself, and all rights not expressly granted here remain with Violet.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase or use the Service; by purchasing, you represent that you are.

Your account is yours alone. Anything done through your Discord account or license is treated as done by you, and keeping that account secure is your responsibility.

Licenses are bound to the hardware ID (HWID) of the machine the Service is activated on. Moving a license to different hardware requires a HWID reset, which is handled through the panel or support staff and may be limited, delayed, or refused where we see signs of account sharing or abuse. Attempting to spoof, tamper with, or bypass hardware binding is a violation of these Terms.

You agree that you will not, and will not help anyone else to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, dump, debug, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or inner workings of any part of the Service;
• crack, patch, modify, or bypass licensing, authentication, hardware binding, or any other protection measure;
• share, resell, rent, leak, or redistribute builds, license keys, or account access — purchases through authorized resellers excepted;
• interfere with or abuse the Service’s servers, panel, or APIs, including scraping, flooding, or probing them.

Violating this section terminates your license immediately, without refund, and may permanently disqualify you from the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service depends on third-party software that changes without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available or error-free at any given moment, that any feature will keep working after a third-party update, or that the Service will produce any particular result. Downtime while we adapt to third-party updates is a normal part of operating the Service, not a defect.

You use the Service at your own risk. You are solely responsible for the consequences of running it, including any action taken against your game accounts.

Violet is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publisher or developer of any game the Service interacts with, and all game names, trademarks, and assets belong to their respective owners. References to third-party software exist solely to describe what the Service does.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and, for some methods, through authorized resellers. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time; a price change never shortens time you have already paid for. Promotional pricing may end at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without refund, if you violate these Terms, commit fraud, abuse support staff, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or the Service itself. Where a violation looks minor and accidental we will usually reach out first — but we are not required to.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Violet’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase giving rise to the claim. Violet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, game accounts, or virtual items, even if advised of the possibility.

You will indemnify and hold harmless Violet and its operators, staff, and resellers from any claim, demand, loss, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — brought by a third party and arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right. We may assume the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you will cooperate with us.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, and you and Violet each consent to that venue.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes may be brought only in an individual capacity — not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Nothing in this section prevents either party from pursuing an eligible claim in a small-claims tribunal, or from seeking injunctive relief to protect intellectual property.

Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Violet regarding the Service and supersede every prior or contemporaneous statement — including marketing copy, FAQ answers, and anything said by staff or community members in Discord or elsewhere. No statement outside these Terms creates a promise, warranty, or amendment.

Severability and statutory rights. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remainder stays in full effect. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you hold under mandatory law that cannot be limited by contract; where such a law conflicts with a provision, the provision applies to the fullest extent that law allows.

No waiver. If we choose not to enforce a provision, or grant a courtesy in one case, that is not a waiver — we may enforce the same provision fully in any other case.

Assignment. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the Service; you may not assign them or your license to anyone.

Survival. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Refund policy, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, Governing law and disputes, and this section — survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its “last updated” date, and material changes may additionally be announced in Discord. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
