Violet
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
This policy explains what Violet (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our website, control panel, launcher, and software (together, the “Service”), why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is a companion to the Terms of Service.
The short version: we collect what the Service needs to run and nothing more, we don’t run ads or third-party analytics trackers, and we never sell your data.
01What we collect
Discord account basics. Signing in happens through Discord OAuth, which shares your Discord ID, username, display name, and avatar with us. We never see your Discord password.
License and device data. Your licenses, their history, and the hardware ID (HWID) of machines you activate the Service on — hardware binding is how licenses are enforced.
Payment metadata. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and authorized resellers. We keep transaction metadata — order reference, amount, currency or coin, and status — but never card numbers, bank details, or wallet keys.
Game profiles. Credentials you choose to save are encrypted with RSA-2048 inside your browser before they reach us; we store only the encrypted result. They are decrypted transiently, solely to perform launches you request, and are never logged or stored in plain text.
Operational data. Settings profiles, scripts and script storage you sync, keybinds, session activity, crash reports (which can include system information), security and audit logs, IP addresses used for abuse and fraud prevention, and aggregate feature-usage statistics.
Support and community content. Tickets and messages you send staff, referral relationships, and anything you publish to the marketplace (listings, screenshots, reviews).
02How we use it
To operate the Service (sign-in, licensing, launches, settings sync); to secure it (hardware binding, fraud and abuse prevention, chargeback handling); to provide support; to fix and improve the product (crash reports, aggregate usage statistics); and to keep payment and accounting records we are required to keep.
03What we don’t do
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not run advertising networks or third-party analytics trackers on the website or the panel. Plaintext game credentials are never stored, logged, or shared with anyone. Administrative access to user data is limited to staff who need it to do their job.
04Third parties
We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service: Discord (sign-in), payment processors and authorized resellers (billing), and infrastructure providers (hosting). Each receives only what its role requires. Content you publish — marketplace listings, community testimonials — is visible to others by design.
06Retention
We keep personal data while your account is active and afterwards only as long as needed for security, fraud and ban-evasion prevention, and legal or accounting obligations. Logs and crash reports are kept on rotation. You can request deletion of your data (Section 7); we may retain what the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.
07Your rights
Where the law where you live grants you rights over your personal data — access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection — we honor them. Open a ticket in Discord to make a request; we may ask you to prove you control the account before acting on it.
08Security
Data moves over encrypted connections, game credentials are encrypted client-side before they ever reach us, and internal access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it to staff in Discord.
09Children
The Service is not directed at minors, and the Terms require you to be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase or use it. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its “last updated” date, and material changes may additionally be announced in Discord.
11Contact
Privacy questions and requests are handled in our Discord server. Open a ticket and staff will take it from there.
